Offering a fabulous octagon deco-style milk jug from the Royal Doulton Pansy Series, produced from 1917 to 1930. This gorgeous jug is decorated with hand-painted pansies of various colors all around, tucked between a creamy ivory base and a navy blue top, with a band of black at the neck/spout and handle.

This jug stands 5" high and measures 5-3/4" handle to spout. In excellent condition, with a faint, thin paint scratch/rub on the upper rim, to the left of the spout (picture #7); a fine overall crazing; no nicks, chips, cracks, or repairs. Marked with the series number D4049 (D 4049), as well as the Royal Doulton England lion backstamp and RN 597783.
