A wonderful older set of creamware pot de creme cups, made in Italy for Mottahedeh, I believe around the 1960's to 1970's. With a paneled outer surface like a strawberry (each panel has a textured pattern of nubs that resemble strawberry seeds), the cup has a folded loop handle, while the lid is decorated with what appears to be a small strawberry or flower bloom nestled in a bed of three leaves.

Each cup holds about 4 ounces, the perfect size for serving custard or pudding. In excellent condition, these appear to have been used very little, if at all. Marked T.975 Italy on the underside.

Please note: There are a total of 12 available, offered in three sets of four, with combined shipping available, at actual cost.
