I try to answer all email within 24 hours (usually less) unless vacation notice is posted at the top right of my homepage indicating otherwise. Shipping fees are stated upfront for each item at the end of the description with no hidden fees. (Free shipping may apply for more than one item!) All of my items are guaranteed to be authentic as described. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me immediately and return item within 5 days of receipt for a full refund!

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping rates quoted in item descriptions are for US shipping unless otherwise noted. If the cost of shipping and/or insurance was accidentally omitted in the description of the item please email for rate. First class or priority shipping is used based upon weight for packages weighing 1 lb or less and/or items insured for $50 or less. Packages weighing over 1 lb and/or insured for over $50 will be shipped via priority or fedex ground according to best rate.
International pays actual shipping costs and I will do my best to keep costs as low as possible without sacrificing the safety of the item. The buyer is responsible for any taxes or duties that may be charged upon receipt of the item. In Canada please call 1-800-461-9999 to determine taxes and duties for the particular item you wish to purchase.

Personal checks may need to clear before the item will be shipped.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Items will be held on reserve up to 10 days while pending payment. If payment is not received within this time Heads Up Vintage reserves the right to relist the item for sale.

Payment preferred is by credit card via Paypal or money order. Personal checks are fine too but are subject to clearance before item is shipped. (Usually 7-10 business days).
