Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
If you don't have your own preferred mover, many of our customers have hired and been pleased with the movers on this list. All of these shippers are independent concerns, they do not work for us or pay us, and we cannot be in any way responsible for their actions. All questions about rates, arrangements, and claims must be directed to each carrier directly. You can refer them to the item here on Ruby Lane. Small items can be shipped for less via the Post Office or Greyhound package express.

*We deliver with our own trucks throughout Wisconsin, most of Illinois, St Louis, and Minneapolis at very reasonable rates.

Rates for a single piece of furniture will usually begin at around $350-$550. It depends on which mover you choose, your location, etc. Large sets will of course be significantly more.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 15% restocking fee plus shipping on all accepted returns.
