Very beautiful Napoleon III rosewood trinket box, with mother of pearl and shell inlay in a rich, delightful floral pattern. The box is slightly domed at the top and widens at the middle, a lovely shape. It measures 5.2" in length by 2.1" at is widest, and 1.7" at its highest. There is a keyhole, but no key.

The condition of the box is exceptional. The inlay is completely intact, and there are no scratches or damage of any kind to the surface of the box itself.
