Large Tunbridge Ware pin cushion box with its original padded velvet (green) covering. The pin cushion sits atop a sliding lid, that closes securely but slides completely out if desired. There is a T/W band bordering the pin cushion when the lid is closed, and a wonderful geometric T/W band running around the ends and sides of the box. The box measures 4.5" in length by 3.0" in width, and to the top of the pin cushion is 2.5" high.

As one would expect, there is some staining and wear to fabric of the pin cushion, and there are some nicks and scratches to the sides of the box. However, the inlay is not affected and is completely intact, and overall the box is in excellent condition.
