Small Tunbridge Ware pin cushion box with its original padded velvet covering. The pin cushion sits atop a sliding lid, that closes securely but slides completely out if desired. There is a thin T/W band bordering the pin cushion itself when the lid is closed, and two parallel geometric T/W bands running around the ends and sides of the box itself. The box measures 2.9" in length by 1.9" in width, and to the top of the pin cushion is 1.3" high.

As one would expect, there is some staining and wear to fabric of the pin cushion. However, the box is in superb, pristine condition. There is no loss of inlay, and it has its original finish.

An excellent small piece of Tunbridge Ware.
