Our Service Pledge To You:
We respond to all orders within 24 hours, and will usually ship within 72 hours of payment, if using Paypal or money order. Personal checks will be held 7 business days to clear the bank before shipment.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance.

We take pride in our careful and ample packaging of your collectible treasure. We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground service to guarantee quick and safe delivery of your item. In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will be glad to assist you in your claim with the carrier, by providing you with the proof of insurance if necessary.

Restocking Fee:
There will be a 10% restocking fee on any returned merchandise.

Other Information:
We require 8% sales tax from all Illinois customers, unless they can provide a valid IL tax resale ID number.
