This fabulous old stoneware beater jar is in gorgeous, pristine condition ~ no chips, cracks, hairlines...no damage of any kind! And it rings like a bell when tapped. It measures 5 1/4" tall and 4 5/8" in diameter. The advertising is in cobalt blue and is clear and crisp. I have never seen a beater jar in better condition, ever! This beauty was found right here in the heart of the country this weekend. It says: "When Beating Think Of Eating ~ QUALITY GROCERIES ~ From The Farmers Store". An authentic and true old jar. You will never find one in better condition. A fantastic example of early kitchenware that would look awesome in your country kitchen cupboard!
