About Us
Hello, I’m Richard Hoppé of Halcyon House Fine Antiques thank you for visiting. My love of antiques began some forty years ago with the purchase of a Staffordshire figure of Shakespeare and continues today, strong as ever, with my work as a professional valuer and fine art photographer. I'm also a member of the International Perfume Bottle Association.

My business philosophy is a simple one: to offer interesting antiques and collectables; to offer a trustworthy, reliable, competent and friendly service. I always try to take the best photographs and to give the most accurate descriptions and condition reports possible. I'm always happy to send additional images and further written information, I'm also happy to receive comments, suggestions, and, if needs be, criticism.
