You will be provided excellent customer service by Gypsy Jewels. I ship orders promptly by USPS first class mail after receiving notice of Pay Pal payment or when money orders or checks have cleared. Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
SHIPPING:
I ship to the United States, Canada and other countries that have Pay Pal services.

PAYPAL Checkout: You can either use the PayPal checkout directly from Ruby Lane after you have completed a Purchase Order or wait for me to send you an invoice via PayPal. You need a PayPal account to pay via Credit Card or Bank Account.

Payment for international orders is accepted through Pay Pal only. International buyers pay mailing costs and customs or duty fees.

PAYMENT is appreciated in three days when using Pay Pal. Check or Money Order must be received in seven (7) days. Items not paid for in 10 days will be returned to inventory.

Shipping is normally done within 48 hours of receiving a Pay Pal payment (on week days) or shortly after the Money Order/Cashiers Check has been received and verified. I will ship promptly when a personal check has satisfactorily cleared the financial institution (normally 7-10 days.)

MAILING FEES:
Domestic shipping (and handling) using USPS First Class Mail is $3.00 for necklaces, 1.50 for a bracelet or earrings, and free by regular mail for orders over $100.00. If you require shipping by priority or express mail, please contact me for fees.

INSURANCE:
Mailing insurance is highly recommended. Please include the insurance fee in your payment if you choose to purchase it. Optional insurance fees within the U.S. are $1.65 for each $50.00 of value.

Although I package and address your item extremely carefully in a sturdy box or bubble mailing envelope, I cannot be responsible for damage or loss if you choose not to purchase insurance for your items.

LAYAWAY PLAN:

For your convenience , there is a layaway plan available for purchases totaling between $100 and $200. Simply request a layaway plan in the comments section when you submit your purchases through Ruby Lane.

Purchases between $100-$200 will have two payments.
The total may include a single or multiple items totaling between $100 and $200. The first payment will be 50% of the total at the time of purchase. The balance plus shipping is due 30 days after the initial purchase date. You may make payments in-between, just be sure to notify me that you are doing so.

Please note: I reserve the right to terminate the payment plan and sale at any time if payments are not received as scheduled.

If a sale is canceled prior to completion by either party, the initial payment of 50% is non-refundable.

Once all payments are received and cleared your items will be shipped to you. Please contact me by email with questions: Gypsyjewels22@aol.com.

Restocking Fee:
Five percent (5%) for returns over $200.00.

PAYMENT:
Credit or debit card payment through Pay Pal is my preferred method of receiving payment and should be made within three days of the date your purchase order. PayPal is a safe and easy to use process and Gypsy Jewels by Sharon is a PayPal verified business.

If PayPal payment is not received within 3 days of purchase order or Money order/personal check is not received within 7 days, the item is removed from "Sale Pending" status and placed back into active inventory.

I also accept U.S. Postal Service and United States Bank money orders or cashier's checks if they arrive within 7 days of the date of your purchase order.

I accept personal checks on U.S. banks only, if the check arrives within 7 days of your purchase order date. Minnesota residents: Please include sales tax of 6.5% with your purchase price.
