Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:

F.O.B. POINT IS ORIGIN. Green Country Estates tries very hard to provide you with the very best and the most reasonably priced shipping service available. Most items will not incur a handling charge and you will only be charged for actual shipping charges. Occasionally however, large items or items requiring specialized packaging may incur a reasonable handling fee. We will state in the items descriptive listing if a handling charge is warranted.

Insurance is required on all purchases.

Free USPS shipping offer includes items that meet weight and size requirements under USPS Priority Shipping guidelines. See the USPS website for more information regarding Priority Shipping guidelines.

Furniture is not included with this offer.

Proof of delivery is required on all shipments and you must have a "Confirmed" Paypal address to take advantage of this offer.

Should an item be returned for any reason buyer is responsible for associated costs. Please see our full return policy for details.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.

Other Information:
Oklahoma residents must pay sales tax, or provide a copy of valid permit.

US Customers: Your personal or business check (drawn on US Bank) is welcome, but payment via personal check (or business check) will delay shipment until payment clears.

We will notify you when payment has cleared and will then ship your item. We will notify you by e-mail shipping details including a tracking number.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

We accept only PayPal and wire transfers for transactions outside the USA. After shipping we will e-mail you shipping details including a tracking number.

We must complete all Customs declarations to accurately report the nature and value of the items we sell. We are unable to comply with requests to do otherwise.
