This is a Fabulous pair of early Lorgnette or Spectacles in silver tone metal. A Beautiful Piece with Exquisite detail circa 1900.The Unique Handle is filled with a Highly ornate design that carries throughout the piece. Very fine & elegant.

Measurements: 4 inches across the frame when opened and the handle is 2.4 inches long. The clasp is easy to open with slight downward pressure. The Lorgnette is in Excellent Condition with the exception of two tiny chips on the handle area. The lenses are clear and fine, free from cracks or chips.

There is a loop in the handle that would allow them to hang from a black silk ribbon or silver chain if desired. If you are a lover of antiques items this is a perfect pair of Lorgnette to keep in your purse.
