This is a Superb Antique French made steel Beaded Drawstring Purse with a beautiful elaborate design at front and back. Hundreds of tiny little steel Beads have been cut and woven to make up a lovely floral and leaf pattern. Three soft tones of silver, gold and bronze beads, all on a lovely light silver background.The drawstring is beaded and it is doubled through the holes.

The Purse is beaded by hand and measures approx. 10'' long (including fringe) and 6'' wide. Upon close examination there is some (minimal) "darkening" to some of the beads. No holes,damage or repairs . This exquisite French Purse is in outstanding, undamaged condition for its age. A gem! Just look at the lovely design and the quality of days gone by...
