Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for shipping, handling and insurance. Sales tax added for purchases shipped to addresses in Virginia. International shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service. We require international shipments to be insured and registered where possible. Your international shipping charges will be the exact postal fees plus an additional packing and handling fee of up to $3.00 US depending on destination country. Customs declarations will be filled out accurately. We cannot mark purchases as "gift." All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Display stands and props used for photography are not included. Any toys we sell are second-hand and intended for adult collectors; they may not comply with current regulations for toys intended for children. In particular, lead toys should be kept safely away. We reserve the right to wait for personal checks to clear before shipping.
