Chad Valley Vintage Pressed Steel Wind-up Car. This car is in superb condition for its age (probably early 1950's). The car is steered by means of a rubber plunger attached to a plastic tube. I have not attached the plunger to the tube for fear of damaging the tube. Wind-up mechanism works well. The unpainted or chrome bumpers have the expected patina but not rust. Overall quite a find. Length 7 3/4 inches.
