We pledge outstanding customer service and fast response to all orders and questions; usually within 24 hours. In addition, we guarantee the authenticity of each of our items! We carefully research and photograph every item and guarantee each one to be "as described or better". All items are carefully cleaned and stored in a smoke, pet and odor free environment!

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for shipping. We furnish the insurance. We ship within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. We prefer USPS Priority shipping, but we will accommodate the customers' wishes regarding shipping method. Most jewelry items ship First Class and enjoy free shipping and insurance on us!

We offer International shipping via Priority International with USPS; we can use International First Class, but this adds a $3.00 handling fee as we must visit the Post Office to ship via Int'l First Class.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Returning customers enjoy a 10% discount on non-sale purchases. Please be sure to tell us that you are a returning customer so that we may adjust the invoices. We accept Paypal and in rare instances, payment by personal check can be arranged, with the understanding that the payment should reach us within 7 days of placing the order, whether ordered by Internet or telephone.
