We present this wonderful opalescent glass Venus de Milo. The sticker is illegible but we believe she is of Bohemian or Czech descent, not French unfortunately.

She measures 8 1/4" tall. The detail is incredible, from her facial features and hair, to her perky breasts and even her dainty belly-button, on to the folds of her robe. The detail is even better, in our opinion, than the detail on the higher-priced French version.

We find a couple of very shallow flake chips off the top of the base. No other damage and the fire of the opalescence is wonderful! This would be a fabulous Christmas gift for the opalescent collector.
