Here we have a slow-moving but very engaging turtle pin for your menagerie. he is sporting bright green legs and a yellowish-tan textured shell. The turtle is unmarked and has a pair of ruby-red rhinestones for eyes. He measures 1 1/8" long by 1" wide. The primer paint is white and there is ear to the topcoat in some bits, showing the white underneath. He is in good vintage condition with a working clasp.

She's big, she's blue-green and she's available! Although unmarked, this pin has a very heavy construction and is of high quality. The textured gold-tone base is visible through the fired-on enamel. The color is a very dark blue-green and looks stunning in the direct sunlight. She measures 1 5/8" long by 1 1/8" wide. We find no cracks in the enamel. There is minimal wear to the finish. Net this bug before she flies away!

We are pleased to offer a nice vintage insect pin marked 'Mamselle'. Denoting the B. B. Greenberg Company of RI and dating to 1962, this brooch is an insect with four legs showing; obviously, the designer took poetic license!
