Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver prompt, courteous, friendly and professional service. We describe each item in detail so you will have the information you need to decide if this is the ‘treasure’ for you. Since most of our lovely items are found at Estate Sales, they have had another ‘life’ before going to you. Since these treasures are not ‘new’ they may have an imperfection or have some ’wear and tear’. We carefully examine and inspect each item for imperfections. If any defects are found we will describe the condition to the best of our ability. All items are packed securely. Your happiness with your purchase is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased it may be returned.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Insurance is recommended for all breakable items purchased from our shop. It is very little to pay for great 'peace of mind'. If Buyer declines to purchase insurance, Seller is not responsible for shipment damage. Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. Orders are shipped as soon as payment is received. If paying by check order will be shipped when check is received and cleared by the bank. Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of my careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. (if Buyer purchases insurance). I will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.
Purchase more than one item at one time and I will ship them together (if possible) to save you money on shipping. There is no handling fee.
For International orders, if items have to go through customs, it may add additional shipment time to your order. If you want 1st Class USPS International shipping please keep in mind that it can't be insured.
Restocking Fee:
We charge a 5% restocking fee on all items returned.
Other Information:
Sales tax is collected for Maryland Residents. Only PayPal is accepted for International orders. FREE shipping is only for orders shipped to anywhere in the Continental USA Granny's Attic will select the carrier for the FREE shipping. (UPS Ground, USPS Priority, etc.) If paying by personal check item will not be shipped until check has cleared the bank. If paying by credit card,payment must be made using PayPal. LAYAWAY: Layaway policy is 20% down and then 20% every two weeks until full payment is made. Item(s) will not be shipped until payment is made full. If you decide that you want to cancel after partial payment has been made then there is a 10% restocking fee. If you decide to purchase the items through layaway please don't send any money down until shipping is calculated and combined (if multiple items). I will combine the shipping and then send you an invoice.
