We were very surprised to see a Napco sticker on the bottom of this nice bud vase. It looks like a piece of American pottery and is quite different from typical Japanese pieces.

Three linear strips of stylized brown blossoms are separated by a stripe of taupe and accented with slashes of mellow green representing leaves. These on a background of yellowish tan. The finish is semi-matte and indescribably beautiful.

No damage to this very special little vase. If you are a fan of Arts and Crafts style pottery this will blend in nicely with your collection and add an unusual accent.

It measures slightly under 7" tall and 3" in diameter at the widest part. The narrow mouth measures about 3/4".
