The painting is executed in Cel form(painted on the back of acetate to show through the front.Similar to reverse paintings) . It seems to be painted on light weight acetate. Not as light as cel acetate but not as heavy as plexy glass.

I would refer to the painting as Folk Art. Only because I have no idea of Origin. There is NO signature on the painting.

I would guess from the aging and materials that it was painted before 1950.

Other than a few bits of paint lose on edges and in Mickey's hat The painting is in very good condition!
