Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Domestic Shipping & Insurance- SHIPPING and INSURANCE are NOT included in the items' list price, and are the buyer's responsibility. You will be emailed the total due after you submit your order. Read below for rate information.

Domestic shipping & handling costs $3.00 for packages up to 13 oz. Actual postal rate is charged for heavier packages. In addition, postal insurance will be included in total due that Grandma emails to you after you place your order.

Grandma will gladly combine shipment on multiple items to reduce shipping costs! You may opt out of insurance, but Grandma strongly recommends against it. You may also request priority mailing if you are in a hurry - please do so on your purchase order.

International Shipping - Grandma's Jewellery Box normally ships to International Customers to which US Government regulations allow us to ship. Please be familiar with any import taxes or duties that may be assessed by your country prior to purchasing, as these are the buyer's responsibility. Grandma's reserves the right to refuse shipment to any international location.

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country and regulations. We will quote the shipping charges in your order confirmation; as with domestic shipments, the standard is U.S.P.S, insured. Please let us know if you want Global Priority mail instead of standard mailing.

For security purposes, the word "jewelry" will only be included on declarations if fine or estate jewelry is purchased. For costume jewelry without intrinsic value due to precious metals and gemstones, declarations will be made as "used fashion accessories" only.

Purchases shipped to Colorado addresses will be subject to the applicable local taxes.
