All items are one of a kind and handcrafted with only the greatest of care. I want everyone to be happy with their purchase so if there are any problems after receiving your item please email me.

Every effort has been made to present the colors in the photos as close to the originals as possible but color accuracy of images cannot be guaranteed due to variations in system set ups and monitors.
Size of model is not an accurate depiction of an average person. Please check sizes in each individual piece to insure proper fit and length.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping will be determined.
Newer items will have the shipping added. Please wait for me to send the purchase order before using Paypal so I can change the price if applicable during a sale or if you are a return buyer in which case you automatically receive free shipping.
Insurance is now strongly recommended by Rubylane. You will have the option to decline the option of choosing insurance at checkout. I cannot be responsible to damage or loss that occur in shipping if you do not purchase insurance.
Insurance is $1.70 for items up to $50. $2.15 on items from $50 -$100, $2.60 on items $100 - $200.
Worldwide shipping and insurance will be determined after checkout.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a re-stocking fee.

Other Information:
PA residents add 6% sales tax.
I will ship after notification of Paypal payment. I only take credit cards through Paypal. If you need to get a Paypal account you can do so by going to the Paypal site.(it's easy)
Payment is expected within 5 days of purchase order. More time is alloted for checks and money orders to clear through the bank (usually 7-10 days).
Please email me if you need additional time. I am always happy to make exceptions but keep communication coming so I know you are still interested!
If there is no response after 5 days of the purchase order the item will be restocked.
