This piece has as its focus a 1 1/4 inch Cinnabar carved pendant. (Cinnabar is layers of lacquer or polymer resins. True Cinnabar contains toxic mercury). The Chinese symbol means 'Love'. Below the pendant is a large round of Black Tourmaline and White Mother of Pearl. Above the pendant are drum shaped beads of Blackstone and a beautiful sterling silver bead, making the drop 3 inches in length. The body of the piece features the same elements as well as tiny flat disks of dyed red coral. The necklace measures 17 inches and with the extender chain measures 18 1/2 inches. A beautiful Bali Sterling 'S' clasp finishes the necklace. Matching earrings feature chunky nuggets of dyed red coral, saucer shaped sterling spacers and the Blackstone drum. The earrings measure 1 inch from the sterling silver leverback earwire.
