Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
WE SHIP EVERY ITEM SECURELY AND CAREFULLY USING APPROPRIATE PACKING MATERIALS SUCH AS CUSHIONING, WATERPROOFING AND DOUBLE BOXING ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFIC ITEM'S NEEDS!

For fragile items, we prefer to ship by UPS and in that case we MUST HAVE A STREET ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY!

EXCEPT WHEN STATED OTHERWISE, WE PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO ANY OTHER LOCATIONS!

PLEASE NOTE: On certain heavy items, breakables, and odd-sized merchandise, that require special packaging, we may find it necessary to charge for shipping.

We will always charge more for international shipping, with processing expense added. Some items cannot be sent internationally through the USPS. International purchasers must make sure items are not prohibited for import into their countries.

Restocking Fee:
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed! You may return the item within 3 days after you receive your order for the full purchase price if item is not as described. There is a 15% restocking fee plus original shipping cost if item is returned due to "buyer's regret". Please call or email if you wish to invoke your guarantee so we will can expect the merchandise to be returned. We recommend you return the item insured by UPS Ground or USPS with Delivery Confirmation for the full purchase amount and email us the tracking number. The item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it.

Other Information:
Layaway available, 20% down and 20% a month, no carrying charges. Sorry, credit only on Layaway, no cash refunds.

Connecticut residents please add 6% State Sales Tax.

Payment for international sales must be by PayPal. International refunds will only be made through PayPal.

High value and international sales from buyers with low or unknown eBay feedback ratings are subject to greater verification.
