This wonderful pocket watch features: A bright white face marked Elgin Natl Watch Co with a smaller second hand dial The Deober case is marked Deober Coin, 1989493 and is a hunting case with a dust cover The inside of the watch is marked Elgin Natl Watch Co 1725288 Elgin Ill The face measures approximately 2" across and the watch is a size 18 The case is made out of coin silver and features a beautiful hand engraved design It is lever set watch
It is an estate piece in good condition. This watch was the pride of the Victorian period There is a hairline crack on the face of the watch. The jewels are unmarked, but according to the serial number the watch was made in 1884. The watch was checked by our watch technician and found to be in good working order.
