This spoon was used to ladle the cream from the tops of the Cream Top milk bottles and also to remove the caps as the tip of the handle is pointed. It is in very good condition with no bends, dents or rust. There is some wear of the outer plating of the spoon.
There are two patent dates in the 1920's at the end of the handle, 1924 and 1925. It is about 4" long 1 1/4" wide.
Good Ole' Tom's purchased this item from a Hartford area estate.
