This exceptional coffee pot was made in Birmingham, England by Bros Ltd and sold by Tiffany & Co. of New York.

The piece is stamped "Made in England" along with "Tiffany & Co". So it appears that Tiffany designed the pot, but had it crafted in England.

This lovely hollowware piece is adorned with exquisite engraving and a beautifully carved original wooden handle, as well as wooden rings on the top of the lid.

The coffee pot measures:

• 10 ¼ inches tall

As you can see in the pictures this piece features a series of hallmarks giving information about its origin as well as the stamps "Made in England" along with "Tiffany & Co". On the left is the manufacturer's stamp in the shape of an architect’s compass with the words "Bros LTD" over it. The lion shows that the piece is made in England and the anchor is the symbol for Birmingham England, a sure mark of quality sterling craftsmanship. The letter Y and shape of the marking show that this set was crafted in 1948.

There is a minor dent on the back base of the lid near the handle that you can't really see, but you can feel it.
