Maker/Mark: Burley Winters, Zanesville, OH. Marked "53". Circa 1930's.
Pattern/Style: Painted matte green, vase has attached side ring handles. There are (what I think) two mold lines going from top to bottom on front and back (see photo). Paint/glaze is not uniform, similar to a drip.
Size: 7 inches in height, 4 7/8 inches top rim diameter, 3 1/4 inches base diameter
Condition: No chips or cracks. Has light overall crazing.
