This adorable red and white checked bonnet is actually a needlecase inside the brim and the inside back is a pocket just big enough for a thimble, thread and a small pair of scissors (unfortunately I purchased it empty). It measures 6 1/2" tall and 5 1/2" wide. The brim is held together with two snaps, when opened inside there is a piece of red flannel to hold needles. This piece is in very good condition with some yellowing to the white checked areas.

This white furry Poodle Puppet measures 10" tall. She is in very good condition overall. The faux fur is very clean and bright white. Her rayon ribbons have some fraying at ends and her ears have moth damage, but are still good. A few flea nips to edges of ears and surface holes that do not go through the cloth. This doggie has a really sweet expression and would be a delightful addition to a collection.

This tin noise maker measures 3" long. He is in good to fair overall condition. The top paint is good to very good, but he does have paint wear on the bottom and some minor corrosion. On his left side he's marked: Made in Japan.

This vintage hankie measures 13" X 13" square. It is made of printed cotton and is in good overall condition. It could use a gentle steaming. There is a bit of wear to some of the stitched edges and a tiny pin hole on one side. I do not see any stains. it is very pretty and colorful with Bluebonnets, the state flag, etc.

This beautiful Holy Water Font measures 8 1/2 " tall and is c 1880-1900. It is marked with 3343 SK and a blue arrow over what looks like a lying down, lower case, cursive letter y. There is some wear to some of the gold paint and the infant Jesus is missing seven of his fingers and the tips off three on the right hand. The piece is so beautiful, it would be worthy of having the fingers restored, but displays fine as it is.

This wonderful piece of folk art was purchased years ago from a lady in her 80's whose father made it for her when she was a child. I sold a similar Rooster and a hair ribbon holder, this is the last piece I have. It measures 4 1/2" tall and 6 1/2" long. The egg is papier mache, the wheels are tin and the rest is made of wood. The painting is very nice on this piece, though there is wear. Most likely it was made from plans in Hobbies or a similar craft magazine of the time.

This Sterling Silver St. Christopher medal is marked. The medal was removed from a charm bracelet started c 1917 and completed in c 1946. He was known as the saint for travelers. The medal measures 1/2" diameter with a 1/8" molded loop protruding from that. The original jump ring has been cut during the removal process.

This lovely sewing basket is in good condition for it’s age. The outside has a few missing areas of woven straw. The inside is covered in red silk, which has some wear and a few small tears. This vintage dexterity puzzle is in good overall condition. There is some wear due to use and age. This is a double sided puzzle with wonderful graphics! It measures 2 1/4" diameter and 3/8" tall. It is marked in black: Made in Germany and copyrighted by Shackman N.Y.I. Germany. This puzzle is made of plastic. Price sticker residue on the backside removes with fingernail.

This green spotted dog push puppet is only 2 3/4“ tall to the tip of his tail and just adorable! His condition is only good/fair as he had some water damage due to poor storage (mainly to wood and card base) and his tongue is missing – which could be replaced with a bit of felt. This ladies hat is in very good overall condition. The label reads: It's A Buddy of Florida. The hat is decorated with a red velvet ribbon, yellow ruffled netting and a wooden headed golfer. The wool felt beret headed lad is holding a black velvet bag filled with two early hard plastic clubs, in his pipecleaner arms. There are no major breaks in the straw. The only thing worth mentioning is that the inner cloth band and lable have some stains.

This sweet miniature sad iron measures 2 1/2" tall, 3 1/2" long and 1 7/8" at widest point. I purchased this from the estate of original owner. Someone had repainted the piece gold and silver which I carefully scraped off to reveal original finish. The majority of the paint has been removed, but there is some still in some of the pits and crevices. The wooden handle retains about 1/3 of it's original paint. The handle shows a lot of wear and tear due to use and age. This piece is very heavy.

This paper tablecover has wonderfully colored graphics of a woman and man dancing the night away! It has never been used, but the outside cellophane is deteriorating. The size is a generous 54" X 108". There are some small tears and bends to the bottom 1/4" of the cloth and some wrinkling. The white background has mellowed a bit from age.

This sweet Spaniel is begging to go to a good home! He has no button, but is definitely German in quality. Mohair is soft and bright and he measures 6 1/2" tall. He has soulful button eyes and swivel jointed neck. There are a few worn areas - see photo for dime sized spot on side and bottom of feet - some worn areas and there is some soil on the bottoms.

This hard plastic Jumping Horse Push Puppet toy was made in British Crown Colony of Hong Kong. He is made of early hard plastic with a black base and pink body. He has a blue painted mane and white painted details. There is some paint wear. The toy measures 5" tall.

This cute Christmas novelty measures 5" long from the top of it's clasp to the bottom heel. It is in good to very good condition for it's age. The white areas have some minor foxing and have turned a bit yellow from age, some of the colors have mellowed a bit. The clasp opens and closes strongly. Dollar Signs and Greetings are printed on the front. This could be used for saving Christmas cash or to give cash in. What an unusual piece for the vintage Christmas collector!

Offering a lot of four tin litho noise makers with plastic handles. They are all marked: U.S. Metal Toy Mfg. Co. Made in U.S.A. The longest measures 4 3/4" long. They are in good overall condition with some wear and a few bends at bottom opening. The one with the man playing the trumpet is unusual as it is printed all over, even on the backside!

Need an unusual collectible gift? This tin reel of Scotch brand Gift Wrap Tape measures 1 5/8" diameter and is 3/8" tall. The black and red Nursery Rhyme graphics are printed on a white tape background - very stunning. The tape has melded together through the years, the white is melowed, and I don't think it could be removed or separated from the reel without damage. This unusual piece displays nicely in a shadow box or small basket, or could even be used in an altered art piece!

This lovely porcelain hatpin holder is in excellent condition with very little wear. Not the usually seen roses, this orchid design is a fired in decal with some white painted highlights. It was very dirty when I found it, but cleaned up nicely. Three antique hatpins that were with it are included.

This small mohair Rhino is unmarked and measures 4 1/2" tall and 7" long (not including tail). He looks so friendly, he just makes one smile! The ears, tail, horn and pads are made of thin wool felt. He is stuffed with straw or excelsior (head crunches) and body is stuffed with soft kapok or cotton. His coat has painted markings. There is some surface dust / soil, but he is good to very good condition overall. There is no tag or indication of any button, but the quality is very good.

This exquisite candy box is decorated with a pink tinted photo of a lovely lady in a garden. The tint gives it a soft and pretty look. The box does have some wear and tear to edges and corners, but the original doily side liner is intact. The back is inscribed in old ink pen: Miss Inez Shaeffer November 12, 1911 H.C.
