This adorable story was printed by Capitol Publishing Co. New York c 1946. It reads the Litho was done in U.S.A. The binding is made of metal, the bottom ring is bent and their is paint wear to the rings. The cover and back cover have a lot of wear and the bottom and top holes for the loops are torn. It needs to be carefully opened and closed not to tear it further. The book retains it's original bow and bell. In spite of it's flaws, this book is a wonderful display item.
