This beautiful lady is signed "Maury". I am not able to read who she is, but she is identified on the back frame by paper label and pencil writing. Most of these Victorian miniatures are copies of famous works that were done 50-60 years later. The paper was torn when I purchased her and I am able to determine that this portrait is painted on a celluloid wafer.
