Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I accept only Paypal and money orders for payment. Unless other arrangements are made ahead of time, payment must be received within 7 days of the purchase for money orders, 5 days for Paypal, or the item will be returned to the store and the buyer will be blocked.

Insurance is optional on items costing under $25.00, but is recommended and will be paid for by the buyer. I will not be responsible for loss or damage by the postal service(s).

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 10% of the price of the item may be charged.

Other Information:
Most jewelry will be sent generously wrapped in bubble wrap, and although that won't protect it from being lost by postal services, it will make it very unlikely that it will be damaged by them.
