Vintage Fenton Custard Bowl Artist Signed Blue Birds

Beautiful little Fenton custard bowl with ruffled top and hand painted Blue Birds, signed by the artist: Gloria Finn. It is 5 1/4" across the ruffles and 3 5/8" tall. The base is 2 1/4", On the front there are two blue birds sitting in a bush and on the back there is one blue bird with small bushes in between. The Fenton Company was founded in 1905 by two brothers and ranks among the world's foremost producers of hand made art glass. Since each piece is hand made there are no two exactly the same. It is circa 1970 to 80's, Gloria has retired from designing for the Fenton Glass Company.

This lovely collectible bowl came from an estate sale that had a very large collection of the older Fenton patterns. Many of which I had not seen before. I was fortunate enough to purchase several and will be listing more of them, so please check back.
