Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for shipping and insurance.

For domestic shipments:
Buyer pays for shipping and insurance via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail service.

For international shipments:
Buyer pays for shipping and insurance via USPS Global Priority Flat Rate-Insured.

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday within 1-2 days of receiving payment.

Restocking Fee:
Returns must be post marked within 7 days from received the items. No restocking fee will be charged if the item is returned in its original condition.

Shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchange.

PAYMENTS:

Payments via traditional Credit Cards, PayPal or ProPay are expected within 3 days of purchase.

Credit Card Payments made through PayPal when the customer has an active PayPal account are generally posted to my account the same day which means the item will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use your credit card through PayPal service. Click on PayPal tab and choose: “Use your credit card or bank account without a PayPal account” and continue. We prefer payments be made through PayPal but are happy to accept other methods of payments.

Credit Cards payments made through PayPal when the customer is a first time user or does not have an active verified PayPal account, generally take 2-3 days to process. The item will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of notification that the payment has cleared and posted to my account.

Traditional Credit Card Payments made via email, telephone, fax or ProPay generally take 2-3 days to process. The item will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of notification the payment has cleared and posted to my account.

Checks or money orders must be from US drawn banks only and should be received within 7 days of purchase for domestic orders.

International buyers are welcome but payments via PayPal only.

For all Florida residents 7% sales tax will be added.
