A great combination of gemstones; Smoky quartz and Carnelian are mixed with vermeil and gold-filled chains to obtain this fabulous and elegant necklace.

The shortest strand is 24 ½ inches long. It is done with three 8mm faceted rounds Smoky quartz and three 8mm faceted rounds Carnelian. All gemstones are wire wrapped to the gold-filled chain with gold-filled wire.

The middle strand is 28 inches long made of 8mm Smoky quartz faceted rondelles, 8mm faceted rounds carnelians and 8mm bronze (dyed) cultured freshwater pearls. I add some 5mm vermeil spacers for a nice detail.

The longest strand is 31 inches long. Three 8mm faceted Smoky quartz rounds, twelve 8mm Smoky quartz faceted rondelles, three 8mm bronze freshwater pearls, six 8mm faceted rounds carnelian and twelve 5mm vermeil spacers are wire wrapped to the gold-filled chain with gold-filled wire.

The piece is delicately finished with a gold-filled slide clasp.

The earrings are a bonus. They are done with two faceted Smoky quartz rondelles, one faceted round Carnelian and two vermeil spacers in between the gemstones. All are wire wrapped to the gold-filled lever back ear wires with gold-filled wire. They are 1 ½ inches long.
