About Gemlynn

Our Service Pledge To You:
All jewelry purchases are 100% guaranteed. We want you to be happy with your purchase! All purchases will be shipped within 48 hours of notification of payment or within 10-14 business days of receipt of personal check.

Your jewelry items will be packaged in a gift box for safe delivery. We also offer free gift wrapping!

If you would like the item delivered to the gift recipient, let us know at time of purchase.

About Us
Gemlynn is the combined work of two sisters, Gaylynn Sneed and Jayelynn Boyack. Designing jewelry is our passion! We have been making jewelry for several years now and exhibiting our work at galleries and private shows.

Currently our jewelry creations are represented by the following stores:

Sue Patrick's - Austin, Texas
Davenport- North West Hills Pharmacy and Gifts- Austin, Texas
Gallery on the Square - Wimberley, Texas

All our designs are handcrafted by one of us using semi-precious gemstones, sterling silver, 14k gold-filled or vermeil components. Sometimes we mix genuine stones with crystals for a chic effect.

Jewelry Adjustments:

We can make minor adjustments to most jewelry for little or no extra charge. Available by request are sterling silver screw backs for non-pierced ears.


Layaway Terms:

I accept personal checks or money orders drawn from US banks. US postal money orders, credit card, or Pay Pal.

I will work with the buyer on how much they wish to put down for the first payment, and how often they wish to make payments (every month or twice a month).

The buyer will receive an email receipt for each payment.

If the buyer decides not to complete the purchase of the item, then Gemlynn will issue a full refund by check or money order.

The luxury of being a small independent business is that you will not have to go through a credit department or any bureaucracy – you will be dealing directly with me.

You have 30 days from date of delivery to return your item.
You may ask for a full refund or exchange.

Your jewelry will be shipped via US Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

If paying by credit card, choose Pay Pal for payment when checking out, click on the Pay Pal tab and choose "Use your credit card or bank account without a Pay Pal acct and continue".
