This precious lariat necklace will compliment just about any outfit, dressed up or down.

A splendid Venetian glass heart takes center stage, clear glass enveloping crackled silver foil that is as cool and crisp as ice. Beneath it, hanging like tiny icicles, are three perfectly cut teardrop briolettes of top-grade prasiolite (green amethyst) in a very subtle, ethereal shade of pale green.

Above the larger heart are a smaller, icy green Venetian glass heart, and a Venetian glass silver foiled lentil bead. Adorning the strand with plenty of sparkle are small barrels of green kyanite; glinting vintage Swarovski crystal in color erinite with silver coated backs; flashing moonstone; smaller erinite Swarovski crystal; and tiny rondels of prasiolite. All together the effect is of a wintry landscape - a glowing, sparkling, refreshing little world captured in ice.

The tiny white seed beads with pearl finish are glass and the lariat is strung on very strong and flexible cabled wire. It measures 19 1/2 inches from end to end and will close around the neck at 16 inches, with a 3 1/4 inch drop.

Many of my lariat necklaces have a self loop closure which means that you simply bring one end through the loop and let it rest on a larger bead (in this case, the silver lentil bead). If you have any questions on how to wear this lariat, please email me.
