Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping. Whenever possible, we will provide you with a choice of speeds and costs. We also combine shipping on multiple items to save you money. Insurance is not required, but we will not be responsible for damage if not purchased, as we pride ourselves on our packaging which far exceeds industry standards.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Sales tax must be paid in Ohio only. Seven per cent.
