We recently bought a lot of paper items, of which this is one of the prettiest. Nobody did beautiful women like Frederick Manning (1874-1960) and this example certainly shows off his talent. Manning came to sheet music art later in life, as he was already in his 40's, but proved popular, especially for his women. Manning's ladies are lovely framed.

To add to the collectability of this example is the fact that Al Jolson was one of the writers of the song. The condition is exceptionally good with no tears or foxing and crisp paper. It measures 9"x12-1/4".
