There is a Bloodstone on one side and a rich Carnelian on the reverse side. These` make beautiful pendants to hang from a chain as a necklace.
The gold has a rich warm glow only achieved by time.
There are a few white specs in the pictures this is small particles from wiping the piece down and is not damage. It measures 1 3/8" from the bale to the bottom by 1". A very nice size.
The swing arm is marked 9 / 375 for gold content, very hard to capture on film, it is clarified to enhance the marking. The fob itself is also marked with the makers mark, the 9ct / 375 mark and for the Birmingham year mark 1890.
A few very minute flea bites off the edges of both stones but impossible to see unless they are magnified. This is near mint condition for being made the year of 1890.
