The Cameo is the Goddess Psyche who in Mythology was Cupid's Bride. The Goddess Psyche is depicted with butterfly wings in her hair.
The tendril of hair that has slipped out and is resting upon her shoulder represents her immorality as a deity.
She is in excellent condition and measures 1 1/4". There is a bale to wear as a necklace and/or a pin to wear as a brooch. The clasp is marked 14K.
