Ultra Feminine & Classy Sterling filigree brooch in excellent condition. The middle looks like a picture frame with flora and ties on each end. On the upper left of the frame is a ice green enamel bow which drapes across the middle and left side. The whole piece has elegant engraving. It measures 1 1/8", has an open c-clasp pin back, and is marked Sterling.
