Beautiful detailing etched inside the locket and on the back. The porcelain is bezel set with a thick band on the side. The upper section has a hoop for hanging on a necklace or to slip a pin through to wear as a dangling locket. Lovely opened faced Shasta Daisies and other flora in shades of pink. pale yellow, whites, blues, and greens smother the front of the locket. It opens to reveal two areas to hold photos. The back has an empty cartouche area ready to be engraved if so desired. It has a lug hinge back and is in excellent condition closing with a snap. It measures 1 3/4" high by 1 1/4" across and has a nice depth to it. Gorgeous no matter if worn with the Porcelain or the back showing toward the front. It's like having two different looks on one locket. Although not pictured this comes with a matching chain.
