Our Service Pledge To You:
We Guarantee All Of Our Items To Be As Described and respond to all orders within 24 hours. We accept credit card payments through Paypal. An account is not needed to use their service and it is free for you to use.

We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving a secure payment such as a Money Order or Paypal, generally we ship the same day as long as a secure payment is received before 3 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Items paid for on Saturday will ship the following Monday.

We package all our items with tissue paper, bubble wrap, and Styrofoam popcorn. We Never charge a handling fee only the actual cost to ship an item to you.

Your information is confidential so we are not able to see who has an item on a wish list or who subscribes to our shop. Ruby Lane sends out updated emails for all shops.
