Here for your consideration is an exceptional Antique German bisque doll. She is a lovely Heinrich Handwerck 24" Child Doll Circa late 1800's-early 1900's with bisque socket head, open mouth. Stamped on back of head with: Germany Heinrich Handwerck Simon & Halbig and below with a number 4... Blue sleep eyes... Brown feathered eyebrows and painted lower lashes. Open mouth with teeth. Painted red lips, dimpled chin. Ears are pierced . No cracks, scratches or damage to her head. Light shined in head reveals no cracks at all. Composition ball jointed body with Heinrich Handwerck and Germany stamped in red on right torso. Jointed knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, and wrists. Her wig is a lovely old chestnut brown human hair wig. Most likely made from her original mommy's locks, Her clothes are vintage, and in fair condition. Her dress is a pink raw silk and lace Victorian child's style, There is minor wear and age to the dress and expected small holes and tears. She also has leather shoes with leather soles, tie straps and a bow with buckle. They are in excellent condition. Her ball jointed composition body is in exceptionally good condition. Fingernails and toenails have red lined accent. No missing digits. All joints move well. Lots of pictures- Can only post so many here feel free to ask for others.
