Vagarshak was born in 1964, in city Yerevan in Republic of Armenia (former republic of the Soviet Union). In Yerevan Vagarshak studied in an artists' school named Terlemezijn. Then he graduated from the Architectural institute in Yerevan. Young artist began drawing in different styles and genres. Then artist created his unique style - Vanguard style. Now artist continues to improve his style.

The artist works a lot of and fruitfully. His paintings are in private collections: Germany, England, France, USA, Switzerland, India, China, Holland, Armenia, Russia.
