Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays fixed amount for shipping and handling.
Foreign orders pay actual shipping cost.
Most items are shipped insured via FedEx Ground. If you prefer faster Express shipping just let me know and I'll get you a quote.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
9% Sales Tax will be charged for all Washington State shipping addresses.
