A tutu becomes a chandelier hanging from the glass pearl clip earrings on these Karl Lagerfeld earrings from the 1980s. Karl Lagerfeld is and has been associated with Chanel. The tutus are gold tone satin finish metal with clear crystals embellishing the bodice with the skirt embellished with faux glass pearls. These earrings are outrageously "camp" and in almost immaculate condition. The entire earring measures 3 inches long. The clip backs are appropriately fitted and wear securely. The KL signature for Karl Lagerfeld is present on the backs of the tutus and also on the backs of the top part behind the clips. Frenchy thinks these are so Paris and are so haute couture! These earrings are very heavy weighing in at 1 ounce each.
